      What continues to amaze me, Robert, is how people respond to simple things. I was sitting watching others use exercise machines one morning when I took out my pen and tiny notepad and jotted this down. Not the first time this kind of thing has happened. 🙂

        This is how I write – the most insignificant occurrence will spark a lengthy piece on weighty matters. I don’t question how or why. I just ride along.
